The course, “Collaborating with AI,” led by Lindsay Liu, CEO of Super, is designed to help property management companies and virtual assistants learn to use AI as a strategic tool to improve productivity, build scalable systems, and deliver more value in their daily work.

The course introduces practical strategies for selecting the right AI tools for different use cases, improving AI outputs through better prompting, and leveraging platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and NotebookLM more effectively. Participants also learn about emerging technologies, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), and how these advancements can support stronger workflows.
In addition, the training explores vibe coding, showing how professionals without traditional coding experience can use natural language and AI tools to develop solutions, streamline processes, and address operational challenges.
Rather than focusing only on individual productivity improvements, “Collaborating with AI” helps participants understand how AI can support larger operational improvements. The course gives property management professionals, team leaders, and virtual assistants a framework for thinking in systems, identifying opportunities for automation, and creating processes that support long-term growth.
