-- Qivation, the Hong Kong-based air purification technology company trusted by leading hospitality groups across Asia, today announced the launch of its "One Bottle, One Tree" Zero-Carbon Purification Reforestation Programme in partnership with Evertreen, the global tree-planting and reforestation platform.
Under the programme, Qivation pledges to plant one tree through Evertreen for every bottle of its Q General Coating Agent sold. Trees are planted in certified ecological restoration projects, including Verra-verified afforestation sites, offsetting carbon emissions throughout the product lifecycle while creating employment for local farming communities and supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Qivation's technology is already deployed across some of Asia's most prestigious venues including Rosewood Hong Kong, ranked No. 1 in the World's 50 Best Hotels 2025, New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel, the first five-star hotel in Hong Kong to receive LEED O+M Gold certification, and leading casino hotel groups in Macau, theme parks in Singapore, and hospital’s community centres in Hong Kong. Key partners including Rosewood Hong Kong and New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel have committed to join the programme.
"At Qivation, we believe air purification cannot stop at the front door. The 'One Bottle, One Tree' programme extends our mission from indoor spaces to the broader living environment. Partnering with Evertreen allows us to offer our enterprise clients a credible, measurable and transparent sustainability commitment that aligns with their ESG goals."
— Esther Tsang, Director, Qivation
"Qivation is a great example of a company embedding sustainability directly into its product model. Every bottle sold now drives real reforestation on the ground, monitored via satellite, and certified through internationally recognised standards. We are proud to support this initiative and help Qivation's clients demonstrate genuine environmental impact."
— Dan Ciufo, Co-founder, Evertreen
Programme Impact
Trees planted under the programme are geo-located and monitored using satellite technology through Evertreen's platform. Planting 1,000 trees is projected to offset approximately 1,000 tonnes of CO₂ over the trees' lifetime, including an estimated 12 tonnes in 2026 alone. Qivation and its enterprise partners receive a dedicated forest dashboard, digital certificates, and regular project updates.
