-- TURKEY – September 24, 2026 – Markan AI has launched Markan AI: Content & Design for iPhone and iPad, extending its brand-focused content creation platform to mobile users.
The app allows users to save information including brand name, industry, audience and tone of voice, then use that context when developing social media content. Users can create post and story ideas, captions and content plans, edit visuals, save work to an archive and organize upcoming content through a calendar.
The launch comes as artificial intelligence adoption continues across U.S. businesses. U.S. Census Bureau data covering December 2025 through May 2026 showed overall business AI use ranging between 17% and 20%. Adoption varied considerably by company size, reaching 37% among firms with at least 250 employees and 32% among firms with 100 to 249 employees.
“With more than 36 million small businesses in the U.S., the demand for good, consistent content is enormous, but most owners don’t have a designer on call,” said Markan AI founder Şükrü Kerimoğlu. “Our goal is to give them a starting point that already speaks in their brand’s voice, while keeping every final decision in their hands.”
The U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Advocacy reported 36,207,130 small businesses in the country in February 2026, representing 99.9% of U.S. businesses and employing 62.3 million people.
Bringing Product Content to Mobile
Markan AI’s Product Studio allows users to add product photographs and generate new visual settings and backgrounds. Content can be prepared for social formats, while generated results can be reviewed, edited and downloaded before sharing.
The app also includes Markan Assistant, archive and planning functions. Existing Markan website users can sign in with the same account on iPhone or iPad.
“The barrier for a small shop has never been curiosity; it has been tools that assume there is a marketing department behind every business,” Kerimoğlu said.
Members currently receive three free AI uses per day, shared across supported content, analysis and product-image tools. Markan supports Turkish, English, Arabic, German, French and Russian within its mobile experience.
Markan emphasizes user review rather than automatic publishing. Its App Store listing states that generated results should be checked before sharing, while the calendar supports planning without automatically publishing content to social networks.
“Everything the platform produces is a draft that the user reviews and adapts before sharing,” Kerimoğlu said.
