Rozumna implemented international CMS certification under ISO 37301:2021, alongside ISO 37001:2016 and ISO 45001 certifications during wartime without external consultants. She utilized internal expertise while maintaining global standards despite significant operational challenges. These certification processes demonstrate her approach to compliance management and ability to complete complex projects under challenging circumstances.

Her influence extends through her "Compliance Space" podcast, which ranks among Ukraine's top 100 business podcasts with over 70 episodes. She speaks at professional events, including the Compliance Leadership Forum 2025 and Sanction Force 2025, sharing insights on leadership in challenging environments. Her LinkedIn content reaches up to 30,000 monthly views, with connections growing to over 9,000, showing genuine interest in her expertise.

"Implementing international certifications during wartime requires developing solutions that work within our unique circumstances," states Rozumna. "Maintaining high compliance standards becomes essential for building resilience and maintaining international business relationships during difficult periods."

Sustainable Business Practices Development

Using internal resources, Rozumna prepared an ESG report based on GRI standards and greenhouse gas emissions calculations for Scope 1 and 2. This work was part of the Climate Ambition Accelerator, a UN Global Compact initiative for businesses worldwide. Her work shows how Ukrainian companies can implement climate reporting despite challenging conditions.

The Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance recognized her work in transparency and ethical business in 2024. Rozumna collaborated with the National Agency for Corruption Prevention on developing the Code of Integrity, connecting government agencies with business communities. During difficult national circumstances, these efforts have established corporate responsibility standards throughout Ukraine's business sector.

She contributed to the "Anti-corruption" course by the UN Global Compact and the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and the "How to Build Compliance and Ensure Business Resilience" course on the Diia.Business platform. These educational programs have made compliance knowledge available to companies throughout Ukraine, helping establish consistent ethical approaches across business sectors.

Her educational work continues by discussing compliance topics in accessible terms that help businesses implement effective practices. Her professional brand has gained attention from colleagues across various sectors, expanding her influence in the business community. This knowledge sharing has been valuable during Ukraine's difficult period, where compliance programs help maintain business trust and operational stability.
