The 100th presentation resulted in BKREA being retained to exclusively market 161 Tenth Avenue, a prominent development site located on the southwest corner of West 20th Street and Tenth Avenue in Manhattan's thriving Chelsea neighborhood.

The milestone comes as Chairman and CEO Bob Knakal marks his 42nd anniversary as a full-time New York City investment sales broker, having begun his career on July 16, 1984.
While the exclusive listing itself represents another important Manhattan development opportunity, the broader story is the remarkable effectiveness of a new advisory process that fundamentally changes how investment property owners are approached.
