Part-Time Helper applies the same infrastructure to the home cleaning market.
Each cleaner completes more than 200 hours of hotel-grade training before being assigned to households. For more consistent results, they follow a 50-point cleaning checklist developed in-house and adapted for residential settings, plus a dedicated home advisor readily available to assist with any queries or changes the client wishes to make.
A Strategic Extension Into the Home Cleaning Market

“Part-Time Helper service is a natural extension of that expertise. The training, the checklists, the quality assurance protocols. These are systems that already work at scale. What we have done is adapt them for the home, so that Singapore households can access the same level of service that our commercial clients have come to rely on. Service Details
The service starts at S$21 per hour (minimum of three bookings) and is available to HDB flats, condominiums, and landed homes in Singapore. Clients can book weekly, fortnightly, or ad-hoc sessions. No cancellation penalties or long-term commitment required.
An elderly care option is also available for households requiring assistance beyond standard cleaning (i.e., companion care, light housekeeping, cooking, and mobility support). Clients can get a full refund, a guarantee offered by the company, as long as they report their concerns with photo evidence within eight hours of service completion.

To mark the launch, Avalon Services is offering first-time customers a 1-for-1 promotion: book one hour and receive an additional hour free. The company designed this offer to give new clients a low-risk way to experience its service quality and value firsthand.
