Apryl Lehmer has returned to the company to help lead office operations as All Out Cooling & Heating enters its next stage of growth. Her role will focus on strengthening customer communication, internal processes, appointment coordination, and follow-up while helping preserve the personal service on which the company has built its reputation.
All Out Cooling & Heating is also investing in customer communication and service-management technology intended to make it easier for homeowners to schedule appointments, receive service updates, communicate with the team, and access support when heating or cooling problems arise.
“Homeowners usually call an HVAC company because something has gone wrong, and they may already be uncomfortable or worried about what the repair will cost,” said owner George Blitch. “Our job is not only to fix the equipment. It is to explain what is happening, provide clear options, and help the customer make a confident decision without pressure.”
Founded in 2015, All Out Cooling & Heating operates around a simple idea: homeowners deserve to feel taken care of, not taken advantage of.
Technicians focus on educating customers about their heating and cooling systems rather than simply telling them what they need to purchase. Whenever possible, homeowners are presented with multiple repair or replacement options based on their comfort needs, home, and budget.

The company’s commitment to “going all out” also extends beyond residential HVAC service. All Out Cooling & Heating recently helped organize and provide a complete HVAC system installation for a local charity serving children rescued from trafficking and other unsafe situations.
George also sponsors and serves as a volunteer board member for Gilbert American Little League, supporting local families and youth programs throughout the community.
